Processing and delivery estimates

Delivery has two stages: preparing your order and shipping it to you. Transit time starts after your order is dispatched.

Our featured rechargeable vacuum pump, travel vacuum bag set, pet water fountain, and scalp applicator currently show an estimated 2–3 business days for processing. Available US services show approximately 7–15 days in transit for the pump, bags, and fountain, and 7–18 days for the scalp applicator, depending on the service.

These are estimates for those featured items, not guaranteed arrival dates or a delivery promise for every product. Other products, variants, and delivery addresses may have different timeframes. Please contact us before ordering if you need a product-specific estimate or an item by a particular date.
